-Synergy Signs Agreements with Kelly Services, Inc., and Kofax, Inc.-
January 3, 2013 – (Bingham Farms, MI) – Synergy Computer Solutions, Inc. (“Synergy”), a US-based information technology consulting company, recently entered into two new strategic partnerships that will enable the company to expand its service offerings and continue to deliver the most leading edge solutions available.
Kelly Services and Synergy entered into a Strategic Supplier Agreement which sets guidelines for working together in a way that will benefit both companies, as well as their clients. Kelly’s Director of Supplier Diversity said “When I think of Synergy, I think commitment, service excellence, high quality, great customer relations, and a tried and proven performer.”

Founded by William R Kelly in 1946, Kelly Services has provided workforce solutions to customers in a variety of industries. Kelly’s range of workforce solutions and geographic coverage has grown steadily over the years to match the needs of its customers. Kofax recently acquired Singularity, makers of Total Agility, a BPM application which has been rated highly by Gartner Group. The new partnership enables Synergy to provide its customers with world-class solutions from Kofax.
Kofax was founded in Switzerland, in 1985 as a Samsung Distributor known as Dicom AG. Over the next few years, the company expanded into distribution of imaging hardware and maintenance services by acquiring several European companies. The company went public in 1996, acquired Kofax in 1999 to expand into the capture software business, and was re-named Kofax, Inc. Kofax continued to expand through acquisitions and strategic planning. In 2011, the company sold off its hardware business, and began focusing on the U.S. market. It then acquired Atalasoft, and Singularity, making it a global leader in providing specialized IT solutions.
