Synergy Partners with OpenText Global 360 To Offer Its Case Management and BPM Solutions

July 22, 2011, (Bingham Farms, MI) -- In keeping with its strategy to offer the best solutions in process and case management to its clients, Synergy today entered into a partnership agreement with OpenText Global 360, creators of case management and business process management (BPM) solutions for the Microsoft platform.

Synergy will offer OpenText Global 360’s dynamic case management and BPM solutions, which extend SharePoint and other Microsoft offerings to improve productivity, reduce costs and drive revenue growth for its clients. Both OpenText Global 360 and Synergy are Microsoft Gold Certified Partners. OpenText Global 360 was recently honored with two Microsoft Partner of the Year awards, including ISV Partner of the Year.

Dynamic case management has emerged from the convergence of ECM, BPM, analytics, and user experience technologies. It has become an important new set of solutions addressing some of the key problems organizations deal with that combine BPM, with an increased focus on content.
